FlySwatter is the primary organic air-defence for the IDC’s armoured battalions. The system is an excellent short-range air-defence (SHORAD) unit with good mobility and firepower. The missiles a guided from the launch vehicle and have +60, -45g tolerance, giving them a turning circle well within that of most air-units. The missiles speed and agility give it a very high hit rate although missile malfunction is a recurring problem. The chassis is based on a generic utility hull, which is used in a wide range of other systems.

The unit has relatively little 'special' INI / animation thoughts and is simply there to balance the default battleset.
